These Terms and Conditions apply to the online purchase of Pillow Mountain via the website www.diamondstories.au

Products and Orders

Every effort is made to make sure the books are available for purchase and delivery. In the event that books are not available, the website will be updated to reflect the sale of books as Pre-Orders.

The customer is responsible for verifying the details of the order, including the quantity required and the shipping address. We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once the books are on their way to you.

Payment

Payments are made via credit card on the “Books” page on www.diamondstories.au

The customer agrees to pay the price advertised on www.diamondstories.au plus any additional shipping charges.

All payments are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs: In Australia $8.80 for Regular Post and Express Post will apply.

Shipping is free for orders of 4 or more books.

With the exception of pre-orders, our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and will be processed that day, excluding weekends and public holidays, and will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment verification, pending stock availability. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched Monday.

We deliver Australia-wide and internationally. Due to postal disruptions, it can take between 1 to 10 days for your books to arrive.

International Orders

For international customers please supply the country and shipping address. The shipping cost will appear on the ordering page when you select your country. Note all costs are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Diamond Stories does not accept responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged books once they leave our premises.

Australia Post is responsible for the delivery of the books. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post.

Books cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have been shipped.
